The room was as advertised. Spacious and clean with a comfy king-size bed. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Only 5 minutes from the Tren Meya station and the International Ferry Terminal. Lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance.
Clean room. Big good clean soft bed. Three nice pillows. Big clean washroom. Big clean towels. Room smelled like pond water. No water in the the night. Pipes noisy once water started running in morning.

It's at the entrance of Chetumal and nearby many shops. The beds are super comfy. If you reserve online you get a discount. It's cheaper to reserve online than to do it in person. The price is reasonable and fair for the room you get. Around 35 to 40 US.
Basic services for a reasonable price, close to the airport and a 15 minutes walk from the city centre of Chetumal. No breakfast, no restaurant. Shower okay.

I ended up here due to a flight delay and couldn’t ask for a better experience. The 1am check in was easy and the receptionist very polite. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It has a park across the street and is walking distance to the beach. Safe and secure, the most impressive thing was the price to quality, excellent!

A great hotel. The rooms are big and luxurious. It is very close to the airport so it’s a plus. You can get to the nearest restaurants by foot with little to no effort and the service was excellent.
Great staff and easy parking but not really wheelchair friendly. My room was ground floor but the bathroom is very small and not suitable for a mobility challenged person. Good price and very clean.
